## Étapes de préparation

<div class="recipe-instructionContent" id="bkmrk-la-veille%2C-mettez-%C3%A0-">1. La veille, mettez à tremper les pois chiches dans un saladier d’eau froide.
2. Le lendemain, faites chauffer l’huile dans une cocotte puis faites revenir l’ail et les oignons pelé et émincés avec toutes les épices, 10 minutes à feu doux. Ajoutez les tomates en dés.

4. Mouillez avec 1,5 litre d’eau, ajoutez les pois chiches, salez et laissez mijoter 1 h. Rectifiez l’assaisonnement.
5. Parsemez de coriandre ciselée avant de servir dans des bols.
